As a key member of the Service Delivery team, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled Supply Chain experts to improve the distribution of our products.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to coordinate the movement of inventory throughout the Pemulwuy warehouse including receipt and storage of all inbound materials (telematics hardware, accessories, indirect materials, etc) to the facility.

Responsibilities will include
- Physically scan the serialized items and count all non-serialized items upon receipt at the warehouse.
- Physically move all inventory from receiving dock to the stocking location in the warehouse after receipt into the SAP system.
- Maintain stock locations and adjust as usage increases or decreases to ensure provisioning and RMA teams have required hardware at all times to process orders/tickets.
- Perform the inventory movement between the two warehouses and 3PL.
- Perform all ad hoc tasks as required by the Provisioning and Warehouse Manager.
- Assist the Provisioning and RMA team with the stock as well as any process-related queries where needed.
- Responsible for receipt and disposition of RMA returns from customers and distributors.
- Import and control of serialised and non-serialised stock in financial management systems (SAP) and associated transactions as required.

To be successful in this role, you will be equipped with:

- Experience in warehousing and standard inventory practices.
- Forklift / Stacker operation certification.
- Intermediate computer skills - MS Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a friendly but results-driven team.
- Willingness to take ownership and work effectively in an autonomous environment, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
- Ability to physically lift, carry, and move heavy boxes.
