**The Opportunity**:
**This is an ongoing full time permanent night shift role with an initial 3 month training period of morning or / and afternoon shift.**

**The Role**:

- Support the implementation and training of the team in following a range of standard operating procedures for completing a range of daily and weekly tasks
- Support the team in the completion of assigned team activities required to deliver business KPI results in safety, quality and compliance and efficiency
- Work with the Facility A Operations Co-Ordinator and ESD provide plant access to support preventative maintenance and revalidation activities
- Utilise process and team statistics information to manage the daily operations, understand bottlenecks and opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate team resources in ordering and maintaining stock levels of consumables and cleanroom garments to support the manufacturing operations and production schedule
- Provide operational knowledge and support during commissioning and qualification of any new equipment and software for the Facility A
- Deliver operational procedures and SOP's (Stand Operating Procedures) for Facility A Filling***

**Your skills and experience**:

- A tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience is desirable
- 3+ years' experience in cGMP manufacturing, within a pharmaceutical production environment
- Technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes
- Experience working in a busy team environment with a range of diverse team members
- Demonstrated understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements and environmental, health and safety requirements
- Co-ordinate project activities and liaise across departments to meet project targets and objectives
