Results-Driven Digital Marketer Wanted Desygner is looking for an all-rounder digital marketer manager who is looking for crazy growth This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup, with the potential to progress into the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

**The role**

Reporting to the CEO, your job will be to plan, manage and assist with the execution of Desygner’s marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the workload of a small but highly skilled marketing team, which consists of one performance marketer, one video editor, and one graphic designer.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless user experience.
- Track, report, and present digital marketing performance to stakeholders and senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Native or fluent (level C2+ or equivalent) in English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of account based marketing.
- Ability to create product videos, including speaking to the camera and presenting information in an engaging manner.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
