**The Business**
First National Real Estate Hobart & Kingston are recognised for delivering award-winning service, we are a strong and cohesive team looking for a dynamic person to add value to the team
**The Role**
This is a fantastic career-building opportunity for administrators who value the importance of delivering first class customer-centric service. Hours are full time, Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for the right person.
You will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering all phone enquiries and taking messages
- Admin support to the sales and property management team
- Marketing and social media
- Handling of ingoing and outgoing mail
- Inbox management
- Filing and organising
- Receipting and reconciliation
**Essentials**:
- Admin experience 1+ years
- Customer service experience
- People person who enjoys helping others
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Enjoys collaboration but also works well autonomously
- Well organised and highly detailed
- Understanding of basic accounting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and has the ability to adapt across the business
**Desirables**:
- Current Property Representative Licence (you will be required to attain this if successful)
- Marketing experience is highly regarded
- Previous experience in the real estate industry would be beneficial
