About the Role
- Contribute to the development of a high engagement, high performance team culture at Magnolia Cottage
- Ensure delivery of a program that meets client needs and delivers against SLA funding obligations
- Ensure the respite team are supported to implement approaches and interventions that promote holistic person-centred wellbeing for residents
- Evaluate person-centered respite and wellbeing programs, to ensure impact for clients and provide periodic reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor service outputs (occupancy) in line with service level agreement & ensure effective budget planning processes and monitoring of budgets

What You Bring
- Cert IV in Aged Care, Community Care or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working in the Aged Care or Community Care industry as a coordinator or case manager
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Standards and Quality Care Principles
- Knowledge of supporting frail elderly people with diverse values, cultural differences and various needs
- Proven organizational and administrative skills
- Demonstrated people management and leadership skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to engage
