**About the role**
- Parental leave contract
- 12 month period
- Immediate start available

Based in our Sydney CBD office with the opportunity to work in a hybrid pattern (home and office) we are looking for an experienced Credit Supervisor to join our team on a 12 month parental leave contract.

Key responsibilities of the role include;
- Internal and external customer service - responsive to requests, providing accurate and timely information
- Collaborating with peer group to deliver GNC common account credit outcomes
- Building solid relationships with stakeholders to bring in arrears, track and commit to payment plans
- Proactive risk management with documentation and escalation as necessary
- Identifying and implementing process improvements

**About your experience**
- Experience working managing major accounts including an understanding of agriculture and manufacturing
- Pro-active approach and ownership relating to resolving problems
- Willing participation in the work of the team, providing additional help when resources are stretched
- Ability to work collaboratively with team and peers
- Working autonomously and showing initiative in order to achieve success
- Experience managing bad debt and ability to identify accounts at risk
- Flexibility to respond quickly to changing demands and tasks, and to understand ‘what’s important now’.
