**The role**:
You will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and strategic direction to clients in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Service Delivery -** Consult with customers to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges related to digital transformation.
- Work with the pre-sales team to evaluate existing systems and scope proposed enhancements or modernisation strategies aligned with the business strategy, budget and roadmap.
- Oversee the technical elements of end-to-end project delivery by the most efficient means possible aligned to the implementation methodology.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and propose strategies to leverage new tools and methodologies for efficient and repeatable delivery.

**To achieve success, this role requires the follow competencies and experience**:

- Experience in leading and managing a team of consultants for a Solution Integrator/MSP/Consultancy or similar environment, including performance management and mentoring.
- Experience across in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
