The role:
You will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and strategic direction to clients in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

In addition to providing technical solutions, you will lead and mentor a team of technical professionals across Australia, to ensure

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery - Consult with customers to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges related to digital transformation.
  • Work with the pre-sales team to evaluate existing systems and scope proposed enhancements or modernisation strategies aligned with the business strategy, budget and roadmap.
  • Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a technical team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of modern applications.
  • Oversee the technical elements of end-to-end project delivery by the most efficient means possible aligned to the implementation methodology.
  • Practice Development and Growth - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in application development.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and propose strategies to leverage new tools and methodologies for efficient and repeatable delivery.

To achieve success, this role requires the follow competencies and experience:

  • Experience in leading and managing a team of consultants for a Solution Integrator/MSP/Consultancy or similar environment, including performance management and mentoring.
  • Experience in solution architecture, custom application development, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience across in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
