Our Service Advisors are integral to the success of our business. Each day, they fulfil several roles including greeting our guests on the driveway, following through on work being completed, ensuring work is completed on time and seeing the guests out with a smile in the afternoon.

Our ideal team member has the following:

  • Previous Service Advisor experience, while not necessary, will be viewed favorably
  • A can do, customer focused attitude
  • A friendly, team focused personality
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills

A day in the life of our Service Advisors includes:

  • Greeting of guests on the driveway
  • Checking in of vehicles ensuring all work is noted
  • Following up of vehicle progress throughout the day
  • Communicate with our guests on their vehicle's progress
  • Finalize the work completed (both customer charge and warranty)
  • Take payment from the customer
  • Deliver an exceptional experience
