**The Company**
Our client is a boutique chartered accounting firm based in the inner South-East with a family friendly feel. They are looking for a Receptionist who is willing to be trained in backup Administrative tasks on a full time basis.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Professionally greeting clients at reception when required
- Managing diaries, scheduling; appointments and booking meeting rooms
- Filing, mainly electronic but also paper
- Mail collection and scanning
- Corporate secretarial tasks
- Tax administration support
- Assisting in lodging tax returns / activity statements
- Supporting accounting staff as required
- Any other support tasks required
**About You**:
This is an opportunity for a career-minded, fast learning individual to join a well-established firm that will continue to invest in your development. The role is also suited to someone that is just starting out in the corporate world that would love to learn and grow.
- **Previous experience working in an accounting firm (public practice) is highly regarded however not essential**:
- A positive and hard working attitude
- Strong IT skills and tech savvy
- Be a people person and love talking to new people
- High attention to detail
- Career driven and have willingness to learn and develop
