Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking Casual Rental Sales Officers to join our Sydney Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends. Full training provided – no experience necessary Applicants with enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire to work and learn are encouraged to apply and experience Enterprise.

About the role

Primary tasks include:

  • Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers
  • Offering information and additional services based on the customers' needs
  • Taking bookings and communicating with customers via phone, email and in-person
  • Checking of vehicles on return of rental
  • Providing a high level of customer service

About You

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to provide outstanding Customer Service
  • Ability to learn and operate various software systems
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to undertake frequent, standing, walking and moving all day
  • A strong team ethic
  • Current, unrestricted driver's licence
  • Basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry would be a bonus

All applicants must holder a valid Driver's Licence. The successful applicant will also be required to submit a Traffic History prior to commencement.
