BRM Constructions Pty Ltd has been specialising in commercial site maintenance for over 10 years.
A small Victorian based company, we strive to look after our workers with flexibility around the days you want to work. We are fully compliant with penalty rates, overtime and allowances.

Starting the day from our base in Sunshine West, you will then head out to one of our clients sites in North/West outer metro Melbourne. Either working in a team or solo (job and person dependant).

Majority of work is performed with Skid Steer loaders and Excavators.
Other work can include landscaping and general site maintenance, chain sawing, general labour and trade assistance.

Required skills
- White card required
- Skid Steer and/or Excavator licence and experience
- Confident to work unsupervised once trained
- Happy working outdoors
- Great communication

We have ongoing work available across a 7 day week that we are looking to fill with multiple employees.

Average shift is 8-10 hours (daytime hours only)

Your working week can be:

- Weekdays only
- Weekends only
- A mix of both
- Weekdays and every other weekend
- Public holiday shifts also available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Excavator: 1 year (preferred)
- Skid Steer/Kanga Loader: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- White Card (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
