**Your new role**

The Procurement Lead will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Lead development of sourcing strategies for Power Projects in Development stage
- Assign packages to direct reports
- The role will also manage packages assigned to them from preparation of the request for tender (RFT), through negotiation, governance and award of contracts
- Support and assist Project Managers by providing functional and procurement services that support delivery schedules, drive benefits and savings, and ensure on-time and on-budget quality project outcomes are achieved.
- Deliver sourcing; negotiation of variations, changes, claims, disputes, and amendments; and contracting of procurement terms and conditions; to effectively manage risk and ensure optimum benefits for projects
- Provide input and involvement into the development and execution of strategies, policies, and procedures to maximise procurement efficiencies for business units.
- End to end Procurement

The client is looking for someone who has worked in a similar role before. They are also looking for someone who has had experience working within the Battery, Solar, Wind industry.
