We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our company as a Full-time Leading Hand. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Facilities Department with the day to day operational needs. This role is based in a prestigious school environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small group of General Assistants
- Perform manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying and moving furniture.
- Bump in/ out event setups
- Assisting with Traffic Management
- Operate hand and power tools
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers

**Requirements**:

- Must have similar experience
- Must be able to drive a manual vehicle
- Must have a Working with children clearance or able to obtain
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Must be flexible to assist with out of hours ad hoc requests
