APS Level 6 - Executive Assistant to CEO and Executive Director, Corporate and General Counsel

The Independant Health Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA) is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, highly motivated, highly organised experience Executive Assistant who works well in a fast-paced business environment. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- manage the diaries of the CEO and Executive Director with autonomy and limited direction, exercising initiative and judgement
- act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising communications as needed
- prepare documentation pertaining to meetings and Senate Estimates Packs ensuring its quality and relevance
- organise travel, including booking flights, accommodation and transport, accounts payable and credit card reconciliation
- other general administration as required.

**About you**
You’ll bring your track record in of success in a similar previous role:

- experience in providing effective high level executive support and administration to senior management or CEO
- excellent organisational skills to manage competing deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- highly developed oral and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and the proven ability to liaise and communicate effectively and to obtain cooperation from staff at all levels as well as external stakeholders
- ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters
- well-developed skills in the use of Microsoft Office (proficiency in MS Teams an advantage).
- Qualifications in Office Management, Business Administration or other relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
