**The Opportunity**:
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced **Parts Supervisor** to join our team at our **Revesby** Branch. Join a global OEM that genuinely cares for its staff & customers. Reporting to the **Customer Support Manager**, the role will see you coordinate the parts supply chain and related activities for the Revesby branch operation. Where required, provide support for the Service and Administration departments with regard to the day to day running of the Revesby Branch operation.

We are looking for someone who understands the complexities around the supply of parts to retail customers and internal service departments and:

- Demonstrate through leadership a commitment to safety and ensure all service work is completed in line with all WHS legislation
- Manage end-to-end parts sales activities including the co-ordination of parts sales and stores function to ensure stock is expedited in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to customer enquiries seeking parts assistance and work with parts interpreters and the customer to ensure enquiries are actioned in a timely manner
- Provide ongoing communication to all customers and ensure the best quality service is received
- Manage the parts dept KPIs incl review of daily sales targets, open sales orders, back orders and oversee daily MRP in line with the company targets
- Daily approval and management of employee timesheets
- Liaise with Branch Admin, Service Admin, Parts and CSR staff to ensure performance and work satisfaction is maintained

**Your knowledge, skills and Abilities**:

- Safety Conscious - A strong, developed awareness and commitment to personal and peer health and safety.
- Experience & Skillset - Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience in a Parts environment
- Industry Knowledge: A developed mechanical understanding of the Construction and Mining field would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- Warehousing & Logistics Coordination: With confident computer literacy skills; a High Risk Forklift License would also be beneficial.
- Analytical thinking - Ability to navigate any issues in supply and demand whilst identifying continuous improvement and upselling opportunities.
- Autonomous productivity - A self-driven Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachi's Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft office suite products
