This opportunity would see you join an existing business as an equal equity partner, launching the HR Consultancy segment further into the existing client pool and engaging with new opportunities. This opportunity is based out of the Eastern side of Brisbane and offers significant flexibility as one of the three businesses owners. The business is already structured and been driven by client requests, and they are now ready to explore this pull further to develop further added value service offerings.

Some of the functions to be offered are but not limited to:

- **Undertaking Audits to identify key areas of system and people development.**:

- **Provide expert advice on all aspects of IR / HR to clients.**:

- **Learning and Development / Workforce planning / HR system implementation**:

- **IR management / Performance Management / Team leadership**:

- **HR Strategy development for clients** Employee Relations**:

- **Change Management / Diversity & Inclusion / Remuneration and Benefits**

**WHO ARE YOU? YOU WANT TO BE YOUR OWN BOSS**

You are a passionate and experienced HR professional who likes to have fun, in a fast paced, energetic environment with supportive colleagues. You are a ‘do-er’ and will require that ownership mentality and who enjoys getting the job done by working on a mix of operational and strategic HR activities.

You will have the following minimum skills and attributes:

- **Independent and structured way of working, with the confidence to build strong working relationships,**:

- **A working knowledge of the Fair Work Act & IR**:

- **A bachelor's degree in HR (or equivalent) is preferred,**:

- **Willing and able to travel if required,**:

- **Experience and proven background in HR**
