Your new role
In your newly created role as the Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist you will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks. You will collect, track, and analyse data to assess the performance and impact of programs, strategies, and interventions, as well as translate these assessments into actionable insights to increase their impact.
- Coordinate the implementation of monitoring tools to track program performance
- Build knowledge and competence of monitoring and evaluation with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Organise and conduct qualitative monitoring among program beneficiaries and other stakeholders, such as surveys, focus group discussions, interviews, and case studies
- Collaborate with marketing and communication, and data and insights teams to ensure the collection and analysis of quantitative data
- Compile and publish quantitative and qualitative monitoring results in visually attractive monitoring reports for internal and external audiences.
- Provide monitoring and evaluation reports to project teams enabling ongoing learning and improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience leading or supporting monitoring and evaluation projects
- Experience in health or human services related sectors would be ideally suited
- Experience designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports.
- Experience in the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
- Well established written and oral communication skills.
- High level of creativity, and innovative problem solving.
- Ability to involve other people, harness, and build on their ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with ability to influence, advise, and train others.
- Self-motivated person able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Training and facilitation experience an advantage
