**The Opportunity**
Ventia has been awarded the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia.
Due to the newly awarded contract, we are finalising our internal trades team and are currently seeking experienced Trade Coordinators to provide oversight on preventative and reactive repair and maintenance at the Lyell McEwin Hospital and Noarlunga Hospital.
**What we are seeking**
**Requirements**:

- Relevant trade certificate in plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, or similar (mandatory)
- White Card
- First Aid
- Current Drivers Licence (mandatory)

**Competencies**
- Ability to adhere to safety client requirements compliance and standards
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance and capital works, ideally in a Hospital/ Health environment.
- Previous experience in managing trades across a large asset-based portfolio
- Ability to maintain and register maintenance records using computerised programs
- Strategically allocate maintenance schedules and activities to trades
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster
