We are seeking skilled trades personnel to carry out general building maintenance and project carpentry works on various sites. Our ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry or joinery, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing quality maintenance services to our clients, taking ownership of tasks and performing them to client satisfaction. They will also be required to supervise and coordinate subcontract trades and labour when necessary, and maintain high standards of customer service and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality maintenance services to clients.
  • Taking ownership of maintenance tasks and performing them to client satisfaction.
  • Supervising and coordinating subcontract trades and labour when required.
  • Maintaining standards of customer service and quality.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess a trade background in carpentry or joinery, along with a current driver's licence and police clearance. A first aid certificate, supervisor's registration and working at heights ticket are desirable qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade background in Carpentry or Joinery (preferred).
  • A current driver's licence.
