**About the Role**
An increase in workload means we're looking to take on another Paralegal. As a Paralegal, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our legal team with a range of legal and administrative services within our fast-paced Commercial Litigation Team. This role will be ideal for someone who is detail orientated and driven to gain experience in the legal industry.
This is a full-time, on-site position. We believe in providing comprehensive training and mentorship to the right individual to allow them to flourish in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicating with clients, debtors, third parties, courts, and sheriffs.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
- Maintaining accurate client and case records in our legal systems.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Collaborating with other Paralegals to meet deadlines and deliver results.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: At least 6 months in debt recovery or commercial litigation (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong organisation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Adaptability**: Confidence in using legal systems and/or Microsoft Office Products (i.e Word, Excel, Onenote, Outlook) and technology to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Team Player**: A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn.
