**About the Opportunity**

As a Travel Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative support and assistance to all back office functions within the team.

You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including banking and finance reconciliations, invoicing and Omnis audits.

In addition, you will provide any other team administrative assistance and general team support.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting team operational processes
- Banking and finance reconciliations
- Client invoicing
- Liaising with Suppliers regarding reconfirmation of travel bookings
- Manage the team "inbox" including triaging enquiries
- General administrative tasks and support as required
- Team relief and tier one enquiry, as required and directed by the Team Leader

**What you will need**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role (or similar)
- Experience with reconciliations and administrative tasks
- Experience with Omnis or similar financial systems - other travel booking systems an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Word/Excel skills
- Strong customer service experience

**Hourly rate**: $35 p/hour - minimum 15 hours per week
