AM Group is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join us on a subcontract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing up to 8 client accounts simultaneously, ensuring their social media presence is strategically planned, posts are scheduled effectively, and stories are engaging. Your primary focus will be driving growth and virality for our clients on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We are looking for individuals who are both creative and influential on social media, with a proven track record of success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage up to 8 client social media accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery.
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience.
- Plan and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with client branding and goals.
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms, optimizing timing and frequency for maximum impact.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on growth and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets and leverage them effectively in social media campaigns.

Required Experience, Skills, or Education:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency or freelance capacity.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth, engagement, and virality on social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail to curate visually appealing and engaging social media posts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Relevant education or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
