The business represents and provides a full solution and turnkey outcome for Automatic Doors, Gates, Roller Shutters, and Turnstile services in the Industrial and Commercial industry.

**POSITION**

A Service Manager position has now become available due to recent growth in the business.
- Provide daily leadership to the delivery team, which includes Field Technicians and Work Coordinator/Scheduler.
- Ensure work requests are scheduled and completed promptly.
- Maintain positive customer relations and participate in regular meetings with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Foster a safe and efficient team environment with a strong focus on workplace health and safety (WHS).
- Ensure timely delivery within expected time frames and allocated budget.
- Monitor and analyse service metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and effective budget management.
- Coordinate and align service delivery with overall business objectives by collaborating with other departments.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

- 2 + years experience working in the field as a technician within automatic doors, and/or automatic gate industry.
- 2 + years management experience.
- Driver's License
- Police Check/ Criminal History Check
