Our Tutoring Centre in Baulkham Hills is currently seeking Part-Time/Full-Time Office Administrators and Assistants.

In this role, it’s essential to have compassion and patience and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with children. This is a highly respected and rewarding position that offers a sense of achievement and great satisfaction from working closely with children. We have 2 positions available, part-time and full-time.

Pre Uni New College, the market leader in the tutoring industry for the past 32 years, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. We have a tight knit team and are dedicated to providing excellent tuition to our students, and great customer service to our parents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily operations of the tutoring centre
- Work with a team of admin and teaching staff
- Encourage a positive and productive environment for students and staff
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, roster management
- Regularly review, verify, and validate information provided by team members to ensure accuracy and consistency

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in any capacity
- Strong customer service skills
- Supervisory or management experience preferred but not essential
- Applicants must have at least part-time work rights in Australia

**Compensation & Growth Opportunities**:

- Salary: Range from 60,000 - 88,000 + bonus + super, depending on skill set and experience
- Career growth into Manager positions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $55,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
