As an experienced childcare professional from an operations, centre director, coordinator or management background. - Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- **Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required**:
- **Experience as an Area Manager**:
- Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations
- Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard
- Strong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare’s internal policies and procedures
- Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
- Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
- Current first aid
- Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
