**In this role you will**:

- Updating all Business to Business and Mobility vendor support artefacts.
- Participating and contributing to the various meetings with clients and other high-level meetings associated with the Agency.
- Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders on operational matters, tracking and administering vendor and related system issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- General systems support and administration, documenting, reporting up
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong skills in process improvement and writing technical documentations
- Experience managing issues with significant impact to end users.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Must be an Australian Citizen as this is for a federal agency
