**What this job involves**:
We’re looking for a Retail Manager to join our team onsite at a shopping centre in Gosford, a favourite for the local community offering a great selection of dining, fresh food, fashion, home, gifts & craft, jewellery and banks/services.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the centre’s business plan objectives, minimise arrears, maximise property income and actively assist in the delivery of the operating and capital expenditure budgets.

Providing superior client service and being the first point of contact for the client to ensure that all centre staff provide same service standards will be essential.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Manage client and tenant relationships
Managing monthly rental collections, arrears and preparing monthly reports
Ensuring that all rentals, outgoings, turnover rental, promotions levels are collected by due date as specified in the lease
Ensuring tenancy schedule is accurate and up to date to ensure optimum rentals are achieved

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You will have property experience in retail/ shopping centres (highly sought after, but not essential), Or you may have enjoyed a career to date in the property industry and ready to take the next step in your career Equally, you will have the perfect blend of ambition and ability.

You’ll have a high degree of independence, a proactive work approach and strong team orientation.

You have proven financial capabilities as well as strong communication skills. Combining all this with your familiarity with reporting, as well as passion for retail, you’re at ease working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same
