**About the Role**

We have a number of **Residential Support Worker** positions available at our accommodation sites in **Rydalmere & Penrith**. You will be supporting individuals with complex needs and your responsibilities will include:

- Personal Care assistance including **bowel management & catheter care**:

- Support clients with activities out in the community, be there to offer companionship & friendship
- ** Medication compliance** which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Providing assistance in everyday activities including **meal preparation** & domestic duties
- Work collaboratively with treating teams and allied health professionals
- ** Hours available 24/7** throughout the day & night including active night shifts

**About you**

As an experienced **Disability Support Worker**, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Experience providing direct support to **complex needs clients **who require a high level of care & physical assistance to complete daily activities.
- Strong **Manual Handing skills **including mobile & celling hoist
- Practical knowledge working with individuals with **behaviours of concern** as well experience across both physical & mental disabilities.
- Full **Drivers License** preferable
- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date **Covid 19 vaccinations** including booster shot
