**About the Role**

We have Clients in our **residential facility**, with both standard and complex care needs, your responsibilities as a Support Worker will include:

- Personal Care assistance and supporting with hygiene
- Support the client with activities out in the community, be there to offer companionship & friendship
- Providing Support in everyday activities around the home
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
- Early morning **shifts **from 6.30am/7am available 7 days as well as additional afternoon and active shifts

**About you**

As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and center you will have/be:

- Caring & reliable with a passion for supporting disability clients to achieve their life goals
- Drivers License with comprehensive Car Insurance
- Experienced working with physical disabilities, challenging behvaiours & diabetes
- Willing to work across multiple clients
- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date Covid 19 vaccinations including booster shot
