Delta Laboratories Pty Ltd, is a highly successful, family-owned business located in Somersby. It has been a prominent Central Coast business for 20 years. Delta has evolved from a veterinary wholesaler to one of Australia’s most trusted contract manufacturers of premium cosmetic, therapeutic and veterinary brands. With a strong focus on innovative products Delta has partnered with some of Australia’s most sought-after premium brands in skin care, sunscreens, personal care products and various therapeutic and veterinary medicines. Delta has ambitious plans for continued growth with the through continued partnerships with premium brands.

Delta is currently seeking a Team Coordinator to focus the efforts of Delta’s Account Managers, ensuring they facilitate the company’s requirements effectively to our clients. The Team Coordinator will work with various departments both internally and externally to provide frequent, accurate and timely communication, whilst navigating roadblocks and challenges.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**The role**:
Provide high-level and proactive support to the team, through the allocation of resources and leave management.
Drive and advocate for the Account Management team companywide to prioritise workflow and ensure project delivery.
Manage new enquiries whilst nurturing existing relationships with clientele to safeguard longevity and stability.
Implement and monitor service level agreements for identified clientele.
Identify opportunities for innovation within existing client base to work on the identification and implementation of new SKU’s to manufacture a greater share of current client’s portfolio as well as actively seeking new opportunities for sales revenue growth.
Completion of sales quotes as required to meet customer specifications and expectations, liaising closely with key areas of Delta to ensure accuracy and achievability.

Resilient to set backs and challenges.
Have 2+ years sales experience within cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or other related fields.
