Job description Admin / Service Advisor
Reporting to the Manager your job will include
Answering Phone calls & taking bookings for Vehicle Services, Repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
Scheduling and allocating work for the Mechanics
Sourcing & Ordering Parts and preparing quotes, and taking payment
Social posts, Advertising & Marketing.
**Requirements & Qualities We Look for**

- A current driver’s license
- Must be reliable, honest and punctual
- Ability to work unsupervised
Experience in Automotive industry, Xero, Servicem8 system, Microsoft Word/Excel, Navigator Pro, would be a bonus.
Experience or willingness to learn online Marketing eg Facebook, Instagram, Google Adds, Gumtree, WordPress, SEO
