**Personal Assistant/Medical Receptionist**

We are looking for someone to play an integral role in our specialist practice.

We are really busy, and we are really fun. You would be joining a team of warm, capable, professional women in a role that is varied - from busy diary management, to helping set up and clean up after procedures, making theatre bookings, managing front desk, and much more.

**ABOUT US**

We are Specialists145, a group of doctors predominantly focused on **Women’s healthcare.**

We are located in the inner-city suburb of **Fitzroy**

**ABOUT YOU**

**Diary Management** - you don’t get bothered by last minute changes and thrive on managing a busy diary that requires exceptional juggling skills.

You could co-ordinate a **theatre list **with your eyes shut. Your skills at finding an anaesthetist are THAT good.

You have an excellent phone manner, smiley and cheerful whilst **patient-facing **on reception, taking payments and booking appointments. Holding babies is optional, **cleaning instruments** is not optional. Helping to maintain the high level of services we offer to our patients is paramount
- a strong desire to work in an **obstetrics and gynaecology** practice.
- **Genie** (highly regarded)
- Prior experience in **private specialist practice and **sound knowledge of **medical terminology and hospital bookings**:

- Empathetic, kind-hearted, **flexible**, supportive, patient, with a **strong work ethic** and **patient focused** approach.
- work well under **pressure**:

- happy to travel to **Fitzroy**:

- excited to share in daily tea making for the team.
- can easily **communicate** with doctors, patients, and other staff members.
- fully **vaccinated** against Covid 19 and available to start as soon as possible.
