United Co. is a flexible workspace offering a range of private offices, coworking spaces and premium conference rooms and event bookings. We are looking for an **experienced event assistant**to join our team.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Meeting and conference room tidy and refresh;
- Event assistance including setup, service and pack down;
- To provide cafe barista service and front of house assistance;
- To provide exceptional customer and hospitality service;
- To deliver catering and attend to timely clearing of catering orders;
- To provide front desk concierge duties to all guests and members of United Co.

**MUST HAVES**
- A strong event and hospitality background;
- A warm and welcoming nature with exceptional customer service skills;
- The ability to be efficient, multi-task and remain calm in busy, high pressure situations;
- Detailed cleaning abilities;
- Current RSA

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
