**About the Role**
This role is responsible for participating in the development, support and ongoing maintenance of BGC’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. As a member of the IT Services Applications team, you will work collaboratively to support an array of BGC Business Units

**About you**
To be successful you will need to demonstrate effective relationship building skills and have the ability to understand prioritizations and effectively consult, negotiate and collaborate with both key internal and external stakeholders.

This role would suit someone who has a high level of attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role or the willingness to learn. You will also have the following:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science (or related field)
- Experience with software development (e.g. SDLC), databases, data, integration and other reporting tools
- An understanding of ERP architectures and integrations
- Experience and or knowledge of agile and iterative methodologies
- Ability to write solution designs, functional documentation, unit test plans, release notes, as built and training guides
- Service delivery & change management experience (e.g. ITIL)
- Ability to maintain code and files via version control software (e.g. Subversion, GitHub
- Ideally technically proficient in QAD
