Food Prep Team Leader

Feedwell is on the lookout for a calm, reliable _Production Team Leader_ to run our PM production shifts. You’ll be both leading and working alongside a small crew to prepare ingredients, make fresh salads and fruit salads, and assemble sandwiches, wraps, and sliders — all to tight specs and high standards.

We’re Sydney’s go-to for healthy, quality corporate catering. Our clients include Google, Amazon, TikTok and other top-tier businesses. Behind the scenes, our kitchen team works with co-ordinated precision to ensure every order is on time, spot-on, and packed with care.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and Coach your team members to stay on time and keep organised
- Prep fresh ingredients, exactly as specified
- Make salads and fruit salads to recipe
- Assemble wraps, sliders, and sandwiches
- Keep your section clean, safe, _“to standard”_ and efficient
- Oversee shift close-down with discipline and consistency

You’ll know your shift went well when everything’s packed, labelled, and exactly how it should be — and your team leaves with pride in what they’ve done.

**You’ll Need**:

- 1+ year in a food production or kitchen environment
- Some experience leading and training others
- If you are a Visa holder, have working rights for at least 12 months
- Have working rights and be able to work at least 28 hours per week.
- Good spoken English for team communication
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes and can exercise leadership to ensure policies and production output is met within the specified time frames.
- Physically fit and able to work at a steady pace for long periods

**Shift & Pay Details**
- **Shift Options**:

- Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- **Pay**: from $31 per hour (casual rate)
- Casual & **permanent** **positions** available
- Shifts will be mostly fixed, with occasional flexibility needed
- **Work in the heart of Sydney’s CBD** - close to transport

**Experience**:
