We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate **café all-rounder** to join our dynamic team at Carindale.

As a **café all-rounder** staff, you will be required to have both **FOH (Front of House)** and **BOH (Back of House)** skills. While the main duties typically focus on customer service, taking orders, making coffee, and handling payments, and also to assist with basic food preparation.

**Responsibilities**:
Front Of House
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and handle transactions with accuracy.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Uphold excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Stay knowledgeable about coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling procedures.

Back Of House
- Basic food prep
- Using kitchen equipment
- Stocking and restocking ingredients
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness & food safet

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work approximately five days a week, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering quality coffee.
