Cafe Supervisor

The Coffee Club Carindale is seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team, immediate start available.

This role allows your leadership skills to shine, while working alongside your team delivering amazing service and excellent Coffee.

You will need to have experience in managing a team of wait staff and kitchens in a busy cafe or restaurant to be successful in this role.

**About you**:

- A hands on supervisor approach that leads by example
- You are customer focused and providing excellent customer service is your passion
- 2 year experience in a similar role in a café or restaurant
- You are well presented and have great communication and supervisory skills
- The ability to multi task and work at a fast pace
- Barista Skills

**Your daily tasks will include;**
- Efficient operation of the store
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Training of new staff and upskilling existing staff members
- Handling customer feedback
- Opening or closing the cafe
- Ordering and stock management

Pay: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CARINDALE, QLD 4152: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Management: 2 years (required)
