**About us**
Ardent Leisure is an Australian-based leisure company which owns and operates premium leisure venues including Dreamworld and SkyPoint. Dreamworld is Australia’s biggest theme park, with rides, slides and wildlife all in one place on the Gold Coast - Australia's playground. SkyPoint is perched on level 77 of the Q1 Building, a sheer 230m above Surfers Paradise. SkyPoint is Australia’s only beach side observation deck offering views from Brisbane to Byron Bay.

We host around one million visitors each year with a staff of more than 1000 including ride operators, lifeguards, climb leaders, engineers, entertainers, animal carers and many more all focused on one mission - creating happy memories that last a lifetime

**The Opportunity**
- Primary responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of the end to end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews and assessment centers, offer generation, and coordination of onboarding experience and process for a wide range of both professional and front line positions
- Support, coach, and train team members, supervisors, and managers in people processes, providing consistent and thoughtful advice and interpretation in relation to policy, process and legislation
- Participate in workplace investigations, performance and disciplinary processes in support of fair and consistent outcomes
- Drive and support positive people initiatives across our diverse workforce, including activations and events, training and education, and other campaign projects like engagement surveys, performance reviews etc.

**About you**
You will have a demonstrated background working in a generalist role with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar advisory level role. Ideally you will have strong recruitment skills with experience in volume recruitment and be comfortable in a fast paced, busy environment that will see you managing multiple roles and competing demands.
