- Help build the ultimate Employee Value Proposition for Betfair
- Provide exceptional partnering support to a range of internal stakeholders
- Play a key part in nailing talent acquisition initiatives
- Deliver amazing and inspiring onboarding and offboarding initiatives
- Contribute to the development, interpretation and management of people related policies
- Support organisational ER activities as required
- Support the delivery of key employee lifecycle actions including our HRIS
- Participate in, and support the delivery of Talent Management and Remuneration activities
- Help deliver our inspiring development initiatives
- Contribute to key culture and engagement related initiatives - make it the best place to work
**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- A superstar to provide support for and help deliver all the great people & employment things Betfair does
- Someone who has a ‘can do’ attitude, who is passionate about people and providing amazing service
- A person who considers themselves a people-first, lateral thinker with high EQ that doesn’t see people-initiatives as a tick-box exercise but is truly invested in supporting a high-performing culture
- An adaptable, resilient, positive and people focused professional
**But there is a catch. To be in the running for this great role, you should have**:
- Previous experience in a similar role (min 2-3 years)
- A relevant tertiary degree or qualification in business or HR
- Great interpersonal skills including an ability to develop key relationships
- An ability to communication and articulate yourself well
- An inspiring facilitation and presentation style that keeps people interested
- An ability to be structured and formal when needed
- A sound ability to use technology and software to undertake your work (great Excel skills a bonus)
- You get stuff done and you like hanging out with and being part of a team
