**About this role**:
Join this accomplished and established national architecture practice as their new People and Culture Coordinator. In this valued role, you will be providing you expertise to help with all aspects of people and culture in their Sydney studio.

This role will see you conducting the first initial stages of recruitment, as well as, arranging and managing professional reviews and ensuring all data and information is updated accordingly. It's important you have a personable and approachable manner, as you will be relied upon as a point of reference between staff and directors.

Not only will you be working in a state-of-the-art studio located in the heart of Sydney CBD, but you'll will also be given a clear outlined pathway to progression and various opportunities to help you excel in your career in people and culture/HR.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support and assist with recruitment involving screening and scheduling potential applicants, issue letter of offer and collect all relevant information and support with onboarding.
- Schedule and track staff performance reviews and ensure all necessary correspondence and follow up has been conducted.
- Help organise team training, lunch and learns and any additional internal events.
- Have an overarching presents in the studio and be a point of contact for staff and directors.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 2/3 years in similar role in the design industry
- Confident and knowledgeable using HR systems.
- An approachable and willing attitude
- The ability to work effectively within a high pressure environment
