**ABOUT US**:
Bedouin Double Bay is a fun and vibrant venue, offering Middle Eastern cuisine in the restaurant, premium bottle service and music offering in the Lounge. We now have an exciting opportunity for an industry professional to join our team and utilise their skills to create and manage exciting events and promotions.
Working alongside our Venue and NightClub Managers, your role as a Marketing and Events Manager will be varied, with the opportunity to work on a number of projects simultaneously, including promotions, internal events and client events.

**THE ROLE**:
Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all event touchpoints
Develop, produce and manage events calendar
Participate in internal brainstorming activities, providing creative ideas committing to a continual process of improvement
Promote events and conferences and respond to enquiries regarding availability, AV and catering requirements
Present proposals/costs to clients
Produce and manage event budgets, invitations, RSVP's and attendance
Manage the execution of events within the budget constraints
Coordinate all events in collaboration with the greater marketing team, brand partnerships and other activities to maximise public exposure via media
and social networks
Ensure consistency and integrity of Work Club creative vision is maintained
Effectively brief venues and suppliers (internal or external) of pending event objectives
Manage event logistics including but not limited to; venue, catering, staff, beverage, collateral, AV, aesthetics (décor/theming), production
(presentations) and more
Ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility and Work Club standards.
Be the first point of contact for all events, understanding customer requirements and presenting options
Utilise feedback from events and sponsors, and provide analysis and reports to Management

**ABOUT YOU**:
Events management experience is preferable
Understanding of project management concepts (scheduling, cost, and time management)
Sound experience working to brief, from concept to execution, across multiple mediums
Highly-driven, creative, self-starter who is a natural problem solver
Take ownership of their work-load, contribute ideas and have exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethics, ability to manage time and priorities and work autonomously
Provide first-class support to customers and guests
Create and maintain a high standard of workplace presentation and organisation
Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels with confidence and ease

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
