**As part of the Civil Construction team, your duties may include:

- Supervise the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across all phases of the project cycle.
- Ensure construction and maintenance services meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Effectively manage and utilise resources to achieve project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and support for change initiatives at the project level.
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all activities.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in civil supervision, ideally within road or structures maintenance and construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within set timeframes.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
