To help us deliver our plans we are looking for a talented Technology Service Management Lead to join our dynamic technology team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you will play an integral role in the Technology Operations team, responsible for implementing strategic ITIL-aligned service management practices across various technological domains, such as Service Desk, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and systems administration. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring alignment with business objectives through structured service management and reporting.
About the role
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with the Technology Operations Leadership team to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable ITIL-based service management plans
- Integrate IT service management practices across technology operations, ensuring a cohesive approach to service delivery
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT service management policies, procedures, and tools across technology operations
- Establish a comprehensive IT service management reporting framework to provide insights into service performance and regularly prepare reports for senior management, highlighting service delivery outcomes
- Act as a primary liaison between technology operations and business stakeholders
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in IT service management, including a solid grasp of ITIL principles and practices, and familiarity with service management tools like Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives, manage change, and drive operational excellence in technology environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a collaborative problem-solving approach
- Strong analytical skills with experience in service performance metrics and reporting
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
