**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

3. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to our high standards.

4. Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks, following recipes and presentation guidelines.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café, including seating areas, service counters, and kitchen spaces.

6. Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring products are readily available for customers.

7. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper cash-handling procedures.

8. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.

10. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, clean-up, and restocking.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.

2. Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.

5. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.

6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and techniques.

7. Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

8. Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
