**About the role**
We are building a talent pool for temporary and ongoing opportunities in multiple locations. This talent pool will be valid for 18 months, with a primary focus on temporary roles, and may also be utilised for permanent positions in the future.
As a Team Leader in Student Administration Services, you will lead a team responsible for delivering the Student Services Branch service catalogue to all student cohorts throughout their customer journey. Your focus will be on meeting key metrics and service level agreements. By championing a customer-focused approach, you will advocate for a multi-channel strategy that enhances enrolments, retention, and completion rates for TAFE NSW students.
**About You**
You are a motivated and skilled leader with experience in managing and developing teams. Your ability to lead, supervise, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations is complemented by your dedication to customer service excellence. You excel at handling complex service delivery issues and providing guidance to your team. Your commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery ensures that you consistently meet key metrics and service level agreements.
