- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or r an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
- Current and valid Australian Work Rights.- Essential Skills, Attributes, and Experience-
- Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) required
- Previous experience as an Educator (minimum experience 1+ years), with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children.
- Understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
