**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Support Officer to join our team. You will enable the vision by providing exceptional internal customer service and support to the retail team, enabling them to create amazing customer experiences that positively impact results. We are looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail, organising and the ability to meet deadlines. You will deliver timely, strategic communication that engages the audience through the right channel. If you are passionate about creating amazing customer experiences, then this could be the role for you.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role for a fast paced global retailer
- Organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all departments and management levels
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability in maintaining day-to-day operations
