We're on the lookout for a full-time Kitchen Preparation Assistant to join the team at our brand new Production Kitchen, nestled in the heart of Alexandria.

Your primary mission will involve preparing a range of beautiful garnishes, essential ingredients for our acclaimed cakes. While the work may have some repetitive aspects, it's perfect for someone who values quality, pays attention to detail and is keen to learn some new skills in the kitchen.

About You:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment.

Our Story:
Black Star Pastry opened its first boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008, and since then, we've become an institution with four stores in Sydney and two in Melbourne.

We're best known for our Strawberry Watermelon Cake, which has become a social media sensation, even earning a nod from the New York Times as "the world's most Instagrammed cake."
