We are currently hiring for the following roles to join our growing team:

Pastry Chef – Full Time (Day Shift)

We are seeking passionate and skilled Pastry Chefs to join our production team. You'll be working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where quality and craft are key.

You have a love for artisan baking, a sharp eye for detail, and a drive to learn and grow alongside some of the best in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of a range of sweet and savoury pastries
  • Working with precision and consistency in a volume-based production environment
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a pastry chef or baker with strong pastry skills
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques
  • Experience using commercial bakery equipment an advantage
  • Attention to detail and passion for product quality
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends Kitchen Hand – Full Time (Day Shift)

We are also looking for reliable and energetic Kitchen Hands to support our production team. This is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on role in a supportive, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the pastry team with preparation and production tasks
  • Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Organising ingredients and stock
  • Supporting general bakery operations as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
  • Full working rights in Australia
